Positive: One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Literally in the rainforest, great views, luxurious, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and a super nice restaurant on site. Wish we could stay longer! As a side note, Franz Josef village is a very small and quiet place with limited options for food/drink/entertainment. But super worth it for hiking around or taking helicopter tours.
