From check in our experience was excellent at the Rainforest Retreat. We had a delux tree house with our own spa – views of the mountains from our bed and spa were amazing and well worth the money. Great staff who were available to assist with all our needs and queries. Would highly recommend the Rainforest Retreat if in Franz Josef – they have a huge range of accommodation that should suit every budget.
