We arrived to such a friendly welcome at reception. We were also upgraded to a Tree Lodge Room. It was amazing.. we would totally recommend it.We were shown right to our room and told of walks around Franz Josef and also of Monsoon Restaurant and Bar.The setting among all the native trees and ferns was beautiful.The room was lovely..the bedding and beds was perfect. Great shower and bathroom facilities. All the little extra touches of coffee machine and the yummy breakfast delivered to our room was just great. We were trying to figure out if we could fit in staying another night we enjoyed it so much. We had dinner at Monsoon Restaurant and Bar by the open fire..great atmosphere and the food was perfect. The staff were friendly, fun and really efficient. We are looking forward to coming back again for a few nights next time. Thanks so much for your great hospitality.
