Positive: We loved everything. We arrived at 5pm with 3 grandsons 10, 8 + 4 and the apartment had lights and air con on, hot tub on veranda heating up, so welcoming. We were told we had complimentary items in the fridge which was totally stocked up for the 5 of us including wine. Just before we popped out to dinner at the restaurant, Monsoons within the complex, a delightful chap dropped in this most awesome basket of breakfast items, enough to feed us twice over!!!! Dinner was incredible, the manageress was just divine and accommodating with our 3 grandsons, giving them activity packs and recommending food for them as well. The food was delicious and’happy hour’ well what’happy hour’ it was happy HOURS. The place was packed but meals came out very very quickly and service was impeccable. Would we return, MOST DEFINITLEY in a heartbeat, this resort is amazing & what we liked was the diversity of clientele, from back packers to families to couples…they have managed to cover & please everyone, very well done Rainforest Retreat, WE’LL BE BACK ASAP. Negative: Not 1 thing.
