Booking & Availability
- Offer is valid for new bookings only.
- Strictly available only for bookings made directly via the Rainforest Retreat website.
- Not valid on any third-party booking platforms, including (but not limited to) Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, or other online travel agents.
- Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
- Promotion must be selected or applied at the time of booking to be valid.
Stay Conditions
- Minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights required.
- Offer applies to the lowest priced night within the stay (free night).
- Valid for selected room types only (subject to availability).
- Not valid for group bookings (5+ rooms) unless pre-approved.
Date Validity
- Promotion valid for stays between 1 May 2026 and 30 September 2026.
- All nights of the stay must fall within this date range.
Payment & Cancellation
- Standard cancellation policy of Rainforest Retreat applies unless otherwise stated at time of booking.
- Full payment or deposit requirements apply as per rate booked.
- Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Exclusions
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special rate (including trade, OTA, or contracted rates).
- Not valid for existing bookings or bookings made prior to the promotion launch.
- Extras such as breakfast, spa hire, and activities are not included unless specified.
Amendments
- Changes to booking dates may result in the offer no longer being valid if new dates fall outside the promotional period.
- Rainforest Retreat reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
