We stayed at their Gecko Cottage 3 from 2-4 June 2018. We were impressed by the room we booked. They have a mini kitchenette with Oven and provision of crockeries and utensils. It was a very cosy stay. I must however commend the staff there, Ms Shinead) who helped me. We checked out and i left my wedding band (?! Yes my wedding band with a diamond solitaire ring) and a fashion ring in the room. I realised it only after driving to Haast (2.5hrs drive). I was panicking big time and we called the Rainforest up. She picked up my call and also picked up my rings. I told her that we will drive back to take it from Haast. She realised we were enroute to Wanaka and offered to drop it off for us at our hotel so that we dont have to drive back. I cannot imagine how blessed we were to meet such an angel?! She really made our day! Just how lucky are we to get our ring back! Thank you Shinead…. ️
